About usOur team (http://bioinfo.psych.ac.cn/EN/index.jsp) is dedicated to developing bioinformatics tools, web servers and databases to facilitate analysis of genetic, genomic, and epigenomic data of complex diseases. Our published web servers include WEGO (2006), i-GSEA4GWAS (2010) and ICSNPathway (2011). Our published databases include BGI-RIS (2004), SilkDB (2005), ChickVD (2005), IVDB (2007), MethyCancer (2008), MyBASE (2009), ADHDgene (2011), MK4MDD (2012), BDgene (2013) and rSNPBase (2013). The two published web servers for GWAS data mining are as follows:
1. Zhang, K., Cui, S., Chang, S., Zhang, L. and Wang, J. (2010) i-GSEA4GWAS: a web server for identification of pathways/gene sets associated with traits by applying an improved gene set enrichment analysis to genome-wide association study. Nucleic Acids Res, 38 Suppl, W90-95.
